Gearing up for the next step of the journey

Now that we’ve had a chance to “catch our breath”, we’re gearing up for another marathon with God as we’re praying to see the next 100 Project 600 partners join our vision in the next 4.5 months. In the meantime, we have made proposals to a few churches and are currently awaiting their replies. Because of what God has already done in the past 2 years, we’re standing in faith stronger than ever before and we can’t wait to see what God has planned for us next! Keep praying with us.

Our Coming Months

Over the last month we have had such joy and peace in our hearts as we minister out of the Base building.
We have seen God speak to many people, churches and business around the world and have been
encouraged by each one who has stepped out in faith to partner with us. What a journey this has been
for us!

We are now making plans with God for the Spring, Summer and Fall which will include building our
local ministry teams, a seminar, working with outreach teams, recording an original worship album and planning our next Discipleship
Training School (DTS). As God has lead us so far with the fund raising, we are looking to Him to lead and grow our hearts
in expanding His Kingdom in the city and region.

We still need to see the next payment amount by August 2012 and we are excited to say that God has
already sent $15,000 towards the $80,000 we will need. Many others have been encouraged by God
providing 1/3 of the building cost that they have also wanted to participate.

We are blessed by so many partners already who have given so cheerfully and sacrificially, we send a
big warm thank you to all of you. We ask, will you continue to pray with us for others to join as we have 5
months until the next payment. We need to see 100 people join Project600 or for larger contributions
from churches, YWAM Bases and businesses.

Psalm 20:5 “We will shout for joy when You are victorious and will lift up our banners in the name of our
God. May the LORD grant all your requests.”

We are co-owners!

Hello Everyone

Yesterday we finished the contract and now own part of the building! Praise God!

All along God has encouraged us to press forward, that the building will belong to the mission Base and today we are co-owners of the building.

This is the first time that YWAM Tg Mures owns a property and you have been a part of this with us. We are so blessed by the many people, churches, iHOP, YWAMers and YWAM Bases and ministries who gave and prayed and shared their encouragement with us. All over the world from Hong Kong, Brazil, Europe, USA, Cook Islands, Hawaii and Russia partnered with us. We are so thankful for you all.

Our next step, is to continue to see the remaining amount come in, but we go with greater expectation in seeing what God will do as we build on this last step of faith.

We will be planning a celebration and all of you are invited.

A Small Pause…

Today was the day. The one day that we’ve all been waiting for… since February 14th at least. With contract in hand, along with the local representative of who we’re purchasing the building from, it was off to the bank… but then there was a “pause”. Only a minor complication, but the paperwork has now been pushed back until this next coming Monday (Feb 27).

Since there is still money in transit through banks and mail serices, we are also slightly short of what we need. We have faith that it will all come in by Monday. All of the money that wee need is out there… somewhere. We’ve been so blessed by the pledges and donations from all around the world and this past week has been an incredible journey for us with God. If you’ve pledge and havn’t had the opportunity to send us your information, then please let us know the date and method of transaction to help us track when and where donations have/will come.

Faithful Anticipation

Have you ever felt suspense, anticipation, excitement and faith all at the same time? We have! With our 10 day extension ending on Friday we are continuing to stand in faith and expectation for God’s plan. We have to have 80,000 Euros in the bank in order to enter into “Plan B” for the next year and a half. However, “Plan A” of 300,000 total Euros is not out of God’s reach! Keep praying with us these next few days for immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine (Eph. 3:20).

The Journey Continues

This journey has been amazing so far! In a span of a few days we have seen God move in amazing ways and we were overwhelmed by the generosity of our YWAM family, churches and people all over the world!

It is now February 14th and we are still in the building; using it for the base. We have realized that with all the pledges coming in, the process of transferring the funds will take longer so the owner extended our deadline to February 24th. We can breathe. God has sent an amazing amount of 104,000 Euros ($137,000 US), but it wasn’t enough to buy the building at full price.

Along with the extended time, the owner has given us a new option. They have offered for us to buy the building with an installment plan over the next year and half. The plan requires us to give 80,000 Euros ($105,300 US) in addition to the down payment we currently gave thru the rent-to-own contract of 24,000 Euros ($31,600 US) which equals the total of what we have received at 104,000 Euros ($137,000). This will help give the mission’s base a building to use and time to invite others to partner with us. We are still believing that God can bring in all the funds by February 24th.

If you’ve already given via bank transfer over the last few days, please let us know and send us the information so we can better track all of the funds that have been coming in.

Please continue to pray that all the pledges arrive in the next 10 days and that others will join. We are trusting God for a financial miracle and looking forward to a great celebration in the near future!

God is good! Yesterday, one of our Leadership Team shared at a YWAM leaders gathering in London and we received the incredible blessing of 25,300 Euros! There are also approximately 3,000 US Dollars in the mail from various locations. It’s amazing to watch how God is bringing everything together. We’re in the last few days of our race and still need to see 186,000 Euros come in by the 14th.
